GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. GENERAL PROVISIONSThese General Terms and Conditions govern the use of the ToyTech Labs webshop of Inspiria Magna j.d.o.o. (hereinafter: “Seller”) and the rights and obligations of customers (hereinafter: “Customer”). By using the webshop, the Customer accepts these terms.

3. ORDERINGThe Customer can order products via the webshop. After placing an order, the Customer receives an order confirmation via e-mail. The Seller reserves the right to cancel the order in case of product unavailability or other justified reasons.
4. PRICES AND PAYMENTAll prices are expressed in euros (€) and do not include VAT, as the company is not in the VAT system. Payment is possible via:
Product images and descriptions are made in good faith to reflect the actual condition. The Seller is not responsible for any damage caused by the use of products. The products are intended exclusively for adults. The products are 3D printed and may vary due to the nature of production. Children must be supervised by parents as some products pose a choking hazard due to their size.
5. DELIVERYWe deliver within the territory of the Republic of Croatia via the courier service BoxNow, and delivery is exclusively to their parcel lockers. For international and to your address delivery you can choose the DPD courier service. The courier service sends delivery information to the Customer. Products are usually shipped within 3 business days, but no later than 5 business days. The delivery cost is calculated at the time of ordering.
6. COMPLAINTS AND GRIEVANCESIn accordance with Article 10 of the Consumer Protection Act, the Customer may send written complaints related to online purchases to the e-mail: shop@toytechlabs.com. We will respond to all complaints and grievances within 15 days.
7. RIGHT TO UNILATERAL TERMINATION OF THE CONTRACTThe Customer has the right to unilaterally terminate the contract within 14 days of receiving the product, without providing a reason, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act. To exercise this right, the Customer must send a written notice via e-mail or post.
8. RETURNS AND CLAIMSIf the Customer wishes to return a product or file a complaint due to defects, they must notify the Seller within the legal deadline. Refunds or product replacements are possible under the conditions prescribed by the Consumer Protection Act.
9. DATA PROTECTIONThe Seller is committed to protecting the privacy of all Customers and processing personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Personal data is used exclusively for order fulfillment purposes.
10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITYThe Seller is not responsible for any damage caused by the use of the webshop, nor for damage caused by unlawful actions of third parties, technical issues, internet connection disruptions, or other similar situations beyond their control.
11. DISPUTE RESOLUTIONAll disputes will be resolved amicably, and in case of failure to reach an agreement, the competent court in Pula will have jurisdiction.
12. AMENDMENTS TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONSThe Seller reserves the right to amend the General Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
These General Terms and Conditions take effect on 01.02.2025.
